FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does it work?

  • All grazing table enquires are to be made via the order form in the menu above.

  • Please include all details for your upcoming event, including address, time and location of event, mobile number, the size of grazing table and any addition catering options.

  • All dietary changes will incur a fee of $50.00

  • A $100 deposit is to be made via bank transfer (details will be included on the invoice) this secures your date and time.

  • Full remaining amount must be paid 2 weeks prior to event.  .

  • For Grazing Tables - I arrive 1.5 - 2hours before your event to set up. All I ask is for easy access to set up location and a table.

  • All hire props/levels are required to be returned with in 24 - 48 hours or I can collect (charges apply).

  • All Grazing boards include board hire price and are to be returned to KOO WEE RUP 3981 (10 mins past Tooradin) 2-4 days post event or FULL BOARD CHARGES WILL APPLY.

What about dietary requirements?

I cater for most dietary requirements- including GF, Vegetarian & Vegan. Please get in touch if you have a query about any specific dietary requirements and I can try to accommodate. Please note all grazing boxes are different, no two boxes are the same, it depends on stock availability  Charges apply from $15 for changes to Grazing Boxes and $50.00 per dietary change to Grazing Tables. Please also note kitchen caters for all dietary requirements cross contamination can occur.

Food safety

My Kitchen is registered with the Cardina Shire Council and I have insurance. I hold Food handling certificates and Food Safety certificates. Please let me know if you require any of this for your events. â€‹

When to book?

For all grazing boxes I ask 24-48 hours notice. 
For Grazing Tables 2 weeks notice is required 
Brunch Grazing Tables 2 weeks notice as all items need to be ordered in from local bakers.

Where do you deliver to?

Platter Up by Jenna is located in Koo Wee Rup (3981) however I offer delivery on all my products. Delivery is charged by KM and I travel up to 70KM radius. If you think your outside of this please get in touch and I can see if I can accommodate. 

Delivery Options

  •   We operate every day for orders

  • Delivery will depend on location and availability 

  • Free local pick up from Koo Wee Rup.

  • All orders must be paid on checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on availability.

  •  If you require your item at a specific time please get in touch & I can try to accommodate.

  • Delivery charges apply based on KM from 3981.  

  • All grazing tables will have a delivery + set up fee ranging from $50.00 - $150.00 (location depending).

Refund Policy

We take pride in every grazing product we make, we use top quality fresh produce always. If your items you have purchased are not up to your standards please get in touch with in 24 hours post receiving your order for a resolution.
