FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does it work?

​

  • All Grazing Table enquiries must be submitted via the Order Form on our website.

  • Please include your event date, time, venue address, contact number, estimated guest numbers, preferred grazing table size, and any additional catering requirements.

  • Dietary modifications are available and incur a $50 surcharge.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required via bank transfer to secure your booking. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.

  • The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • We will arrive approximately 1.5–2 hours before your event to set up. We simply require easy access to the setup area and a suitable table.

  • All hire items, props, and display equipment must be returned within 24–48 hours following your event. Collection can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Grazing boards remain the property of Platter Up by Jenna and must be returned to Koo Wee Rup, VIC 3981within 2–4 days of your event. Boards not returned within this timeframe will incur the full replacement cost.

What about dietary requirements?

​

We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary needs when placing your order.

While every care is taken during preparation, our kitchen handles a variety of allergens. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contamination. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Please note:

  • All grazing boxes and platters are individually crafted, and contents may vary depending on seasonal produce and product availability.

  • Dietary modifications incur an additional charge:

    • From $15 for Grazing Boxes

    • $50 per dietary requirement for Grazing Tables

We can cater for a range of dietary requirements, including:

  • Gluten Free (GF)

  • Nut Free (NF)

  • Dairy Free (DF)

  • Vegan (V)

  • Vegetarian (V)

Food safety

Platter Up by Jenna is registered with the Cardinia Shire Council and operates in accordance with food safety requirements.

I hold current Food Handling and Food Safety Certificates and maintain appropriate business insurance.

Please feel free to contact us if you require copies of any documentation for your event or venue requirements.

When to book?

To ensure the highest quality and availability of fresh produce, the following notice periods apply:

  • Grazing Boxes: Minimum 24–48 hours’ notice is required.

  • Grazing Tables: Minimum 2 weeks’ notice is required.

  • Brunch Grazing Tables: Minimum 2 weeks’ notice is required, as selected items are sourced and ordered from local bakers.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Where do you deliver to?

Platter Up by Jenna is based in Koo Wee Rup, VIC 3981 and offers delivery across a wide range of locations.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and apply according to kilometres travelled. We currently service locations within a 70km radius of Koo Wee Rup.

If your location falls outside this area, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Options

  • We are open 7 days a week for orders.

  • Free local pick-up is available from Koo Wee Rup, VIC 3981.

  • Delivery is available and is subject to location and availability.

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout to secure your booking.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on availability. If you require delivery at a specific time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Delivery fees apply and are calculated based on the distance from Koo Wee Rup, VIC 3981.

  • Grazing Tables:
    All Grazing Table bookings include a delivery and setup fee, ranging from $50–$150, depending on location and event requirements.

Refund Policy

At Platter Up by Jenna, we pride ourselves on using fresh, high-quality ingredients in every order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess each matter individually and work with you to reach a fair resolution where appropriate.
