I founded Platter in September 2021, and it has truly become something special to me. In search of a unique wedding anniversary gift for my amazing parents, I reached out to a marketplace vendor to purchase two of every size Grazing Box she offered. My parents loved their Grazing Box and shared it online, which led a wonderful response.

Fun fact: I still rely on the same small business for all our grazing supplies nearly four years later! We cater to all kinds of events, from weddings and birthday parties to hens/bucks nights and ceremonies—no event is too big or too small. In our first year, we catered for a large hospital, providing 7,500 Grazing Boxes for the staff over a single week. With over 50 five-star reviews on Google and Facebook, we pour our heart soul into every Grazing Box, board, table ordered. You can expect nothing but the finest produce and quality from us.

A few fun facts about me: - I'm 33, from Melbourne, a full-time mom to my beautiful daughter, who is 7 years old, and a critical care Nurse in a busy Emergency Department, alongside running my small business. - Dogs mean the world to me; In 2023, we welcomed Mr. Benson, aka Benny, a handsome Golden Retriever. - I spent the first 28 years of my life by the sea and now live in a small country town with one traffic light, and I’ve never been happier. - My favourite quote is, "The biggest risk is not taking the risk at all." - I never imagined owning a small business, but here I am, almost 4 years in. I love what I do and feel incredibly lucky to have such a big support.
